Disability Ministry

At the heart of our disability ministry is a simple yet powerful belief:

Every Person is an Image Bearer of Christ.

Our Why

At the heart of our disability ministry is a simple yet powerful belief:

Every Person is an Image Bearer of Christ.

We are committed to seeing each individual as God sees them—uniquely created in His image, deeply loved, and full of potential.

Our mission is to foster a community where everyone is invited into a relationship with Jesus and with one another — grounded in grace, dignity, and belonging.

Our Values

Christ-Centered Identity – We believe every person is created in the image of God and carries inherent worth and dignity.

Inclusion Without Limits – We welcome all people-regardless of ability, background, or circumstance-into full participation in the life and love of Christ.

Grace-Filled Relationships – We strive to reflect the patience, compassion, and grace of Jesus in every interaction.

Purposeful Connections – We encourage authentic relationships that foster spiritual growth and community rooted in God’s love.

Faith in Potential – We see each individual as someone with the potential to know Jesus deeply and to impact others meaningfully.

Our Programs

Kids Ministry

Sunday Morning 1 to 1 Buddy Program for Kids (5th Grade & Under) in Age-Appropriate Classrooms

Youth Ministry

Wednesday Night Peer Buddy Program for Teens (6th-12th Grade) during Youth Small Group

Adult Ministry

At our 10:00am Sunday service, adults with disabilities are welcome to join us and can get extra support if needed. There is also an opportunity to use your gifts to serve on Sunday mornings - just reach out to see how you can get involved.

Sensory Room

We offer a dedicated sensory room designed to support children of all ages who may benefit from a sensory break during their day.

Whether a child is feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply needs a moment to reset, our sensory space provides a calm and welcoming environment away from their peer-aged classroom.

The room is thoughtfully equipped with soothing toys, gentle lighting, and engaging activities that promote relaxation and emotional regulation.

Plan a Visit

Please complete the plan a visit form to help us get to know you and better understand your child’s needs. This information allows us to thoughtfully prepare and ensure your child has a positive and supported experience.

To help us match your child with a buddy, we kindly ask that you submit the form at least two days before your visit. This gives our team time to make arrangements and create a welcoming environment tailored to your child.

Once a buddy has been assigned, someone from our team will contact you to confirm the match and share more details about what your visit will look like. We’re excited to welcome you and your child!

If you have any questions or would like more information, please reach out to Niki Wilson at (479) 721-7501.

We kindly ask that you allow up to 2 days for a response as we work to support each family with care and attention.
